If you need to match existing designs, you should be able to use the older version of the font as mentioned above. You may need to make a change to Tools>User Settings >Text>Display all fonts

This might be a good opportunity to talk to your Pulse distributor about networking your embroidery machine(s). When a machine is networked, PXF files will auto convert when sent to the machine.

Please reach out to support@pulsemicro.com so that we can get some more details to help solve the problem quickly. In the interim, here are a couple of quick fixes that sometimes help: 1 – Make sure you have “Show Stitches” turned on (green icon). 2 – Try hitting Shift+G when you have the character loaded/selected.
