10/10/2019 Topic: My ribbon interface has disappeared EmbAlbNZ

The top ribbon which has all the settings etc has disappeared and I dont know how to get it back. ie there is no help button or list of user settings How can I retrieve this Just installed DG16

The top ribbon interface is not visible and I cannot see the User Settings or any of the other things in the ribbon to turn it on. Can you please let me know how to get this so I can view it again An answer was given earlier to someone else with the same problem however I'm not sure how to access any of the user settings when you cant see them. I would appreciate if you could advise. My other option is to reload the software Thanks
