4/5/2017 Topic: DG15 Maintenance Release V6273 Is Now Available! wte	Hi - I've downloaded and updated the latest maintenance release for DG15, and now I get an error when trying to write to a disk - "Error Converting the Stitch File" ..... Have I done something wrong, or forgotten to do something? Thank you.
2/23/2018 Topic: Thread Chart wte	Hi - Dumb question. Have they changed the order of the threads in the thread charts or do I have a glitch? I've always used the default thread chart (20 years now), which is Madeira Classic Rayon in this one, and the colours aren't where they used to be. (Makes it tough when one is used to where they are/were and now they're all over the place ....) Thanks.

4/5/2018 Topic: Thread Change wte	Hi - If I'm understanding you right, go to your thread chart, do a left click and it will ask you if you want to add that color as needle #... in your design. (If my picture came through, you will see that I have more than 15 colors ...)

4/12/2018 Topic: Thread Change wte	Ok, then give this a try. Once you've added your extra colors to give you more needles at the bottom, go to your sequence view and highlight the second needle #1, then go down to the bottom and click on your new needle 16 colour. Then, your 2nd needle #2 would be your new needle 17, etc. Hopefully that made sense. (Was that what you were trying to do?)

10/6/2024 Topic: Jumps between letters/Fonts/Stitch highlighting wte	Hi - I've just upgraded from DG15 to DG17 and am trying to figure out some things. When I manually kern lettering from my old fonts, it keeps adding jump stitches back in between the lettering. I have trim always on, and have even tried to force a trim with ^+, but as soon as I move a letter. the jump stitch comes back. The reasoning for using the old fonts, is because two that I use on a regular basis I have not found in DG17 - Block 2 Compact and Copperplate. Have you deleted them from DG17? Also, when using the stitch edit function, and jumping forward or backwards, the stitches no longer highlight if I'm going forward, or de-highlight as I go backwards. If I click on the screen, it highlights or de-highlights how far I've gone, but as I said, not as I go along anymore. Have I missed doing something? Thank you for the help.
11 days ago Topic: Jumps between letters/Fonts/Stitch highlighting wte	Thank you. I know they're old fonts and I can access them from 17m but the problem is the trim settings don't work with the old fonts in 17. Any thoughts on the stitches not highlighting?

5 days ago Topic: Keeps Asking To Connect Security Device wte	Hi - When my computer goes "to sleep" for awhile when Tajima DG17 is open, and I wake it up, the program gives me a message saying "Please Connect Security Device" and then the program shuts down. My security device is definitely attached ....
