7/12/2021 Topic: ZSK .zoo file corruption cwanderson2018	I have the latest version of DG 16 maestro level 16.1.3.7297. I have found when I save a .dst file to a .zoo file the Zsk file is corrupted. It is missing stitches and does not show the proper amount of colour changes. When I use another competitors free viewer program, it saves and reads the file properly with the correct stitches and colour numbers. Can you please see if you can reproduce error and fix with the next maintenance update please? I am running windows 10 version 20H2 edited by cwanderson2018 on 7/12/2021

11/3/2021 Topic: ZSK .zoo file corruption cwanderson2018	When you saved the files...one by DG 16 and one by True Sizer, did you then import them into the T8 controller on board the ZSK machine? That is where I found the corruption. When reading the saved files from DG 16, the colour changes were altered with the stitch count.
1/13/2022 Topic: TWO COLOUR BLOCK New fonts cwanderson2018	I tried to recreate numbers using the two colour block font in the latest version of Pulse 16.1.7.7312 - Maestro level. I have attached the screenshot showing what I have encountered. I used this font with previous versions with no problem. The only thing I can conclude is the latest version has somehow corrupted this font for this sequence. It is the number 8 I am having difficulty with. If I try to do a number 8 alone, it will not completely do the outline.
6/30/2022 Topic: New version of software cwanderson2018	After the numerous reports of bugs and fixes needed to the latest offering of DG 16, could we ask when the latest version will be available to download. Given the concerns, I am delaying in downloading this new version.
6/14/2023 Topic: NEW FONTS cwanderson2018	In this latest version DG16 7640, was there not to be a font added in the standard version called "snow new". I have maestro level but cannot locate this new font. Any help would be appreciated.
