Regarding the issue with the Steil tool and Create Boundary function, could you please provide more detail on the steps leading up to the, as well as how the tools are malfunctioning? Providing your version number would also be a huge help. It can be found by selecting Help -> About from the navigation menu. The version number will appear at the top of the pop up screen that appears. For example: Maestro 16.5.3.7660

Can you please provide the steps you’re taking with the Steil tool (Font Creator, Create Boundary, and manual pathing) so we can look into this further as well? More specifically, what settings are being adjusted, and how are you creating the manual pathing?
17 days ago Topic: Steil Tool and Create Boundary malfunctioning Tajima Software Administrator	The Border tool is best if you want to create a steil outline of your font with no spacing around it. It can be found by right clicking your text segment and selecting Properties -> Fill and Border -> Add Border. The Boundary tool works best when you want to have some spacing around the text and the steil segemnt. Using the latest version of DG16 is also recommedned. We understand how frustrating that is, especially after the sizing had already been approved. To help us investigate further, could you please confirm which font was used and whether any specific settings were applied to the font element? If you are able to replicate the issue, it would also be very helpful if you could share the PXF file with us via direct message. Additionally, if possible, please include the exact steps leading up to the issue, particularly which letters did you select when switching between Shift+drag and Ctrl+drag, so we can better understand the behavior and attempt to reproduce it on our end. We will look into it further once we have more information.
