I think exactly this issue related with some graphic bug. I have found one more interesting thing:
1. First of all turn on "Direct 3d" and antialiasing "Yes" in preferences.
2. Then in classic interface close ALL doking windows at right side and restart programm.
3. Now try to draw some segment and you will se that it is not "smooth". Seems like antialiasing not works. https://prntscr.com/luxnp9
4. Now press Shift+T to open Sequence View docking window - and segment will immidiately redraw with antialiasing https://prntscr.com/luxny1

Insert do not work properly.
When turn on "insert mode" only outlines becomes gray but not stitches. It possible to fix by checking "Show gray after active" but this option really reduce performance. |

look at this glitch. It happens if Direct3d and antialiasing are turned on.

I found some relationship to the classic interface and the “H” key for closing segments. Definitely there is some confusion in settings mechanism.
So you will lost Classic shortkeys if you will make any changes in Tools - Configuration - User Settings - Customize.
For applying Classic Interface you should first push this button in settings, than restart the app, then push Tools - Configuration - Restore Default Workspace, then restart again an then "H" key will work. |

Yes. Correct.
At the end of settings - I push "Classic Interface", then close the dialog, then push "default workspace" and restart the app. Then classic shortkeys works correct.

After a some time of working 16-th cannot open font files for editing. "Invalid font file".
Then I "Repair" the app from installation menu and it works good.
Then after a some time it happens again. |

I have found the reason of this glitch

It happens when in Windows 10 display properties set 150% scaling of text and apps. It very useful and set as default on Ultra HD 4k monitors. Otherwise the interface is too small.
So if this scaling is no 100% this glitch happens. (Antialiasing must be set as birect 3d - yes in DG).
Also "shift+t" 3d refresh from my report above also happens from that settings of text scaling.
Please let me know that you have passed this report to developers.

I have clearly reinstal Windows 10 pro (64 bit). PC is Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, SSD, Nvidia GeForce GTX 760.
Then I have install DG/ML 16.0.0.7025 and all fonts editing works fine. Both built-in and custom fonts.
Then it enough one restart of the app for this problem apears.
What info may I provide to you?

I have found the reason!
If i start the app as admini then all is OK.

AND
actualy I guess that alot of problemms are happens becouse of app permissions. If i look to any other applications folders (Adobe, Corel) then I see that the owner of that folders is "Administrators".
But in DG/ML folder I see owner as a "System"

Hi.
It very unconfortable that "Show Active Group" shortcut not working in new version. Ve-e-e-ry!
I can set it up as "Shift+A" in regular interface (Tools - configuration - customize) but it do not work in ribbon interface. |

Hi!
1. If DG runs an minimized then SHIFT+T (reopen tab) in Google Chrome Browser do not work.
2. If some printscreen app installed (Lightshot for ex.) then PrintScreen key work everywhere but no in DG window.

I have found one else bug.
If drop down a fill list (see video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQ-lxBJ3Mn0&feature=youtu.be ) and roll down a mous wheel it stops on Satin at bottom. You cad drag a scroller but Satin still the last.
But actually there is Smooth and other under. You can only see it with arrow down key at the keyboard.

How can I type "<" and ">" signs in lettering? It only generates kerning commands but no symbol in lrttering.
