Design spooler issue

Hello, I have two neo c1501 single heads that are networked via serial . When I send a job to the machines I get the error of ( failed to output the file. Unable to open the design list on the design spooler.(6005) I have had no problems with this until last night. Where do I start with troubleshooting this issue.

Hello,
For this issue please try these steps. If you are still not able to resolve the issue please contact your local distributor for further support.
1. Uninstall DG/ML.
2. If there is nothing else running on this computer that is using SQL,
(like Librarian Enterprise Server) remove anything that mentions SQL in
Add Remove Programs.
3. Delete the Designspooler.ini file and the Design List folder in
ProgramData (if they exist).
3. Reinstall DG/ML.
DG/ML should re-install the required files needed for SQL.
