Trimming problems

I am struggling! When I go to put my .dst or .tbf on a usb to load onto the machine, it gets rid of all of my trim commands! For the life of me, I can't figure out how to prevent this. Has anyone else had this problem?

It can be because of your embroidery machine's "Jump Convert" setting. Tajima's default value is 3J (3 jumps). If the machine setting is adjusted to a higher value, then the trims may not be performed.
