I corresponded with my supplier and ensured me it had to do with my firewall settings. I checked all that and it seems thats all set correctly. On several attempts I tried to get in contact with them again but I get no response back. So now I have installed it on an older Windows 7 machine and its running ok but slow. The only thing is that the computer is in a different location so I need to constantly save all my files on USB drives. I've attached a screenshot of when the program opens up. this is happing to me also please help
Working with pulse 14.1.6.5388 an a large design (about 70000 stitches). It's taking hours to process a move. It's taking all capacity of my pc, closed all applications. The program is shutting down every now and then. Very annoying. Does anyone have suggestions what I can do to speed things up?

Hello embmasterprintwear,
We are currently investigating this issue, any any information you could provide would be of great assistance. Can you tell us what operating system you are using and the specs of your PC? Please also provide the version number of DG/ML14 that you're running.
