Dear All,
Our factory has special offer to our customer by embroidering their name in the jacket. This offer is related to Japanese. I study Font Help, I just found Katakana writing in Language Fonts. I would love to ask about Hiragana and Kanji. Are we possible to make embroidery with Japanese name directly on software?

Hi Loc. Vu, I am Kazu from Tajima DG team, Japan.
You may need Japanese Font pack installed in order to make Japanese lettering using Hiragana and Kanji. Also you have Japanese IME for Microsoft, which is to output Japanese characters by keytyping. (Refer to : https://www.coscom.co.jp/learnjapanese801/install_ime.html, https://jlptbootcamp.com/2012/02/how-to-type-in-japanese-with-the-microsoft-ime-on-windows/)
Also you need to know how to read the Japanese texts even if you have MS-IME.
How many Japanese name embroideries you should provide so far? If you have many chances to provide Japanese texts (names), you would better have optional Japanese fonts pack.

Hi Kazu,
Thank for great help
I did success typing Japanese as your instruction. To generate stitches, I used True Type Font with MS UI Gothic font.
There will be about 150 jackets with different names. Now, I do not need to be worry about program.

Hi Br.,
A good way you found... TTF should be OK and you are able to find free Japanese TTFs here if you need. (https://www.freejapanesefont.com/)
If you need any help, contact me, no hesitation.
