A 3rd party digitizer suddenly started sending me .pxf files that kept giving me this error. What does it mean?

This error may indicate that the software file came from an unauthorized or modified source, particularly since it was provided by a third party.

Weird, because the first few logos I received from this person were functioning normally with the .pxf files. So I'm guessing these guys are running pirated software. It is from digitizers on Fiverr who operate from Pakistan/India, so I guess it makes sense that they're probably using pirated software. Back to the drawing board I guess.
