Why is this adding extra stray stitches?

I am attaching a PXF, It is from a "T" I am digitizing in some custonm text
It keeps adding these weird zigzag stitches under the satin, my system has never done this before and I have been using DG/ML for 20+ years in all it's versions?

You have 24 angle lines placed on a 5mm object, just remove the extra ones.

Yes, izsuvums.lv is correct. I downloaded your file as well, and getting rid of all the extra, unnecessary angle lines cleared up all the weird zigzag stitches you were getting. Not sure why the zigzags were there either, but that fixed it.

 OMG thanks guys I was losing it and never thought about my size, rough week.....
I literally kept adding more to fix it and it only got worse.....
