Hi Kelvyn, To enable icon previews in Windows 10, please follow these steps: Open File Explorer. In the top menu, click the View tab. Click Options, then select Change folder and search options. In the window that appears, go to the View tab. Uncheck Always show icons, never thumbnails. Click Apply, then OK. Once those settings are applied, proceed with the following in DG17: Open DG17. Select Tools from the toolbar. Click User Settings, then navigate to Environment. Ensure that both Generate icons when necessary and Save generated icons are enabled.
