Grouping of Grouped Segments

I think we should be able to Group segments that are already part of a Group. Many times we need to group sections of a design that need to remain grouped in order to align them with other segments, and then further group those to align all of that with something else.

I agree with Luebbers. I've felt the same necessity from time to time.
As an addition, we should be able to ungroup several groups at once.
