Hello Mark,
No special ports should need to be opened for PulseCloud. We recommend checking your Spooler settings again if the connection is not working. Perhaps some settings aren't correctly set or were missed?

All setting appears to be okay including the app I'd. Also, according to the LAN enabled machine port 9050 is use and we have that open as well.

Hello Mark,
In order to use PulseCloud features within DG15, you will need to be logged in, yes.
If the issue is still unresolved after this, please contact your Pulse distributor and they will be able to contact you to help set up your machine connection to PulseCloud.
