Deleting from Queue

I have 4 machines pulling from the same spooler on DGML 14.1.8.53.95. What is the best options to delete multiple files easily from the queue? I also see that you can limit the downloads, assuming that once the limit is reached the design is deleted automatically?

To delete all the designs on a machine's queue, right click on the machine icon in the Design Queue screen and select "Delete All"
Keeping the download count as "1" means the file will be automatically deleted after it is pulled from the embroidery machine.
