I can easily replicate the crash by drawing two separate lines with the pen tool, converting them to a run segment and then consecutively locking all of them and then unlocking all of them in the sequence view. As a result the software crashes without any error message. It just closes.

My Version:
16.0.0.7025
on a 64-bit Windows 10 machine.

Attached a file with which I could trigger the crash.
