When that happens I can save the file, shut down DG16, re-start it and work on in the file I've closed without losing anything.

Yes i have update to 16.1.2.7290 and i have deinstall clear all and istall new and the same Problems.

the update even made a few things worse.

4- Import of Vektorfiles of Adobe only whit files of the Abdobe 98. new Adobe Files 2020 the program can't open. And the mode Copy / Past have don't works good.

I also have the same problem, DG16 crashes randomly sometimes simply opening the menu, other times moving the text or resizing a section, and, also saving my work every minute, however, I lost the changes and had to redo everything.

I use Windows 10 1903 on PC i7 12GB of RAM with DG16 v 16.0.0.7035 Creator.

02/20/2020 update

DG16.exe and DesignSpooler.exe continue to crash systematically, I have already formatted Windows 10 several times but the problem persists, therefore, I analyzed the crashes and I noticed that the error always occurs on the ucrtbase.dll library. I also have issues with the program just shutting down.
We use a custom color palette that was created in DG 15.
If i try to add a color to this palette in DG16 the software closes.
This also happens if i add a color to a New empty color palette.
No error message, just closes and disappears.

Are you able to provide any additional information about this issue?

Is there an error message? Does it happen every time after clearing your design queue no matter which designs you use? Also, what operating system are you using on your computer?

Any additional information you can provide would be very helpful to us so that we can replicate the issue.
