It happens when in Windows 10 display properties set 150% scaling of text and apps. It very useful and set as default on Ultra HD 4k monitors. Otherwise the interface is too small.
So if this scaling is no 100% this glitch happens. (Antialiasing must be set as birect 3d - yes in DG).
Also "shift+t" 3d refresh from my report above also happens from that settings of text scaling.

Please let me know that you have passed this report to developers.

Classic shortcut keys will not work after making changes in Tools - Configuration - User Settings - Customize. To fix it, you can reset the default workspace.

I think exactly this issue related with some graphic bug. I have found one more interesting thing:

1. First of all turn on "Direct 3d" and antialiasing "Yes" in preferences.
2. Then in classic interface close ALL doking windows at right side and restart programm.
3. Now try to draw some segment and you will se that it is not "smooth". Seems like antialiasing not works. https://prntscr.com/luxnp9
4. Now press Shift+T to open Sequence View docking window - and segment will immidiately redraw with antialiasing https://prntscr.com/luxny1

Also it would be great if properties tab will stay active exactly as is while traveling between segments. For example I want to compare underlay properties between two segments. I select a first segment and activate underlay properties tab. Then a select second segment but properties tab reset to main (satin for example)

There was 15-th version installed and all worked fine. Then we have install 16-th version but did not remove 15th.
Since that moment thumbnails do not draws.
We have remove 16-th then but it is not helps.

We can say more simple about this problem: How to use "H" hotkey for closing segments as it was realized in previous versions? In earlier versions it was possible to restore this key by switching to "Classic shortcuts" (See screen).
