Hello cfmwearables. This error is often related to the Windows user account permissions used by the Pulse Design Spooler service. Please try the following steps:

Open the Control Panel.

Open Administrative Tools (in Windows 11, search for Windows Tools) and select Services.

Locate and open Pulse Design Spooler.

Click Stop to stop the service.

Select the Log On tab and choose "This account".

Enter your Windows username and password.

Click OK, then restart the service from the Services window.

After restarting the spooler, please try generating the machine report again.

When I try to view any machine reports, I get an error message that says "Could not get the report from the design spooler. Error Code - 5004 | Error getting machine report 2 : 504"

Outputting designs to the machine will work, just not the reports.

If I run the design spooler in support mode, it runs just fine.
I have tried uninstalling everything (including all microsoft SQL items) and reinstalling twice, with the same result.

Any suggestions?
