If you complete a bug report, we’d be happy to investigate the issue further.
If your design wasn’t saved yet, DG16 automatically creates a backup file in your default designs folder. To locate it:
1. Click the Tools tab in the top toolbar.
2. Select User Settings.
3. Click File Locations from the side menu.
4. Copy the path listed under Design.
5. Open File Explorer.
6. Paste the copied path into the address bar and press Enter.
Once you're in the folder, enable Hidden Items in your view settings to ensure autosave files are visible.
