Some expert tips for using the 3D Puff Diamond font:

• Text height should be 30mm-40mm.
• Choose density 0.20mm for 3D Puff foam embroidery.
• Multicolor font sewing order should be set to “Sew by color”.
• The color of the 3D foam should be similar to the thread color.
• Place a layer of foam on the hooped item, start the machine.
• Stop: Tear the foam around the satin stitches of the foam.
• Place the 2nd layer of foam and start the machine again.
• Stop: Tear the foam around the satin stitches of the foam.
• Start the machine again and finish the top satin stitches.
