Please contact your local distributor regarding this issue. There are many different reasons that could affect the sewout of a pattern, on the software side this could be related to a heavy density setting or the sewout could be related to issue on the machine side. I would recommend you give your distributor detailed information on the problem and they will be happy to assist you.
